Tiger at the prom TF part 3 (final part)

"Now Jazz, the reason why you have this power dates back to the older days when shamans wanted to find a way to defeat the lions that tried to destroy the human territories...  There were man-eating lions out there in Africa.  There was no hope for anyone just about.  Our ancestors tried to move to another location but the lions just followed.  A brave young shaman at the age of eighteen, found a way to destroy the man eating lions..."
"I thought  shamans were just capable of the healing magic...". Jazz said.
"They are.". Jazz's mom said.  "But there are more to them than that.  Some study animal magic."
"Who was this boy?". Jazz said.
"Young man.". Jazz's mom said correcting her daughter.  "His name was Siri."
"Siri was a special case.  He kept his tiger self a secret from anyone whom he didn't know.  He was afraid to show it or risk being killed.  The shaman gave Siri a necklace as good luck and a restrictor to keep the tiger within."
"Yeah, I already know why that is...sorry go on."
"The lions had one day approached the land that Siri's family and neighbors have settled on... They approached the people without remorse.  The shaman tried to tell Siri that his power could possibly stop the lions...  He couldn't do it.  The Shaman ripped off the restricting necklace that he had on.  With the power of the night and moon, he felt strong enough to fight.  The tiger roared within and attacked the lion by force.  There were more but they were soon defeated.  The people of that land had the tiger to thank and soon he had a girlfriend who had developed the tiger within her too.  Some say it was an act of true love..."
"Not with the way that Democ had acted.  It doesn't seem like true love.
"Don't worry, I'm sure he'll come around.  Everything is new to him.". Jazz's mom stated. We have long kept it secret...  People think that these restrictors are just regular necklaces.  For some reason, the tiger shifting develops at eighteen."
"Really now?". Jazz said.
"Yes."
"I thought you guys were playing around.  I'm sorry."
"It's okay." Her mom said comforting her.  "Any questions?"
"Yeah,  what the heck are my "friend's". Mother and family?"
"They are lions.  They won't hurt us but they have restrictor's much later than us...  They live in secret too."
Spooky, though Jazz thought.
In another house,  Jazz's enemy was told the same thing but it was different...slightly.  Their ancestors were from different countries and lands...  When the day came for graduation, the two girls became cool as a cucumber with each other and contacted each other whenever they had a chance.  Democ had to move to go to college but kept in contact with Jazz as well. Soon everything was in peace...
